We do not receive, see, or store your full card number or card security code. We receive only limited transaction information, such as your name, email address, billing address, the card brand, the last four digits of your card, and the payment status, which we use for billing, record keeping, refunds, and fraud prevention.
4. ACH and Wire Transfers
ACH and wire transfers are processed through the banking system and the financial institutions involved in the transfer. Our bank details are provided only on our official invoices or in payment instructions sent from finance@seorater.net. Please include the invoice number or payment reference with every transfer so that your payment can be matched to your Order.
5. Protection Against Payment Fraud
To protect you against fraud:
- We will never ask you to send payment to a personal account.
- We will never change our bank details through an informal message, a phone call, or a message from an email address other than finance@seorater.net.
- If you receive a request that appears to come from us and asks you to pay through a different method or to different bank details, do not pay. Contact us at finance@seorater.net to verify the request first.
- Refunds are made only to the original payment method and to the original payer, as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
We may ask you to verify certain information before accepting an Order or issuing a refund, where this is needed to prevent unauthorized transactions.
